Cyclonic modular system

Our modular house features the fully prefabricated steel frame systeme. All structural components — including the floor frames, wall studs, beams, and roof trusses — are precision-manufactured in the factory as RHS steel frames, requiring no on-site cutting or welding. The steel structure is assembled directly onto the concrete slab or footing; enabling fast, accurate, and highly stable construction. 

The entire system complies with Australian building codes (NCC) and Class 1A residential standards, offering excellent wind and cyclone resistance suitable for all Australian climate zones. It is an ideal solution for modern, durable, and rapidly deployable modular housing.
